Who will have this road in Taytay repaired

It is more fun criticizing

Would you call this a road.

Rizal Philippines  October 4, 2014

Pity the poor commuters,  Pity the wage earners. Many PUV and AUV (Fx) pass through this road in Villa Valera (Velasquez road) and this is very rutted and badly maintained.  To top it all, at the narrowest portion, there are tricycles who call the road their own, and hence a lot of delays and traffic jam...  (Cant these trikes be arrested or towed?  Is there an ordinance in this town prohibiting parking along main highway.  Di na nagbabayad ng buwis, purewisyo pa.....!!!!)

You could lose a wheel or an axle passing this road.  They had signs before that it would be repaired.  it did not happen.

Whose responsibility is this?

Municipal

Provincial

National

Municipality, Provincial or National -  DPWH (Sec Singson)  The lady mayor and governor may not think it is theirs.  In the meantime, life is getting more difficult to commuter... Add to that occasional flood (which happened last Tuesday)

Who will act soon and fastest?

I remember one of the former mayors solicited funds or filling materials to have the Baytown project completed.  I understand, he did on his own develop the Highway 2000.  He did not let the red tape get into his way.  He was goal oriented and he wanted to develop the town.  I did not mind donating 6 figures worth of filling materials.  Was this a violation PD 46 and RA 6713?
