The alleged gunman, suspect in the assassination of Bryan Thompson, the CEO of United Healthcare was caught with a ghost gun.   

What is a ghost gun?

1.  It is a gun assembled from parts assembled from parts bought on line.   It has no serial number.  And therefore is hard to trace.  It is not part of gun registry (like a loose firearm in PHl, or paltik)

2.  Or a DIY gun made from a 3d printer.    Just anybody can now make a gun in his house, provided he has a 3d printer.  The designs have been uploaded in the internet.   There are switches (that converts a gun to fully automatic by inserting an automatic sears)

The 3d printer can make guns that are not detectable by x rays at airports!!!.  

While the 2nd amendment in US guarantees gun ownership, the gun has to be licensed.  Silencers the switch and link for long firearms are illegal.

These are concern for law enforcement because ghost guns poses threat to police force and the community.  The news in US is full of mass shooting by students, at malls, schools and other public places.   

Expect stricter rules and enforcement on this ghost guns.   If there were no ghost guns, the suspect would not have killed the CEO

The last few days, first week of December saw Divine Justice, Karmaic Justice if you may call this.   For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction as physicists puts it.

Karma is real.  And it hits hard the originator of the action:  Some of the examples:

1.  France Castro who moved for the detention of Atty Zuleika Lopez has now been reported to be convicted and various administrative charges are being filed against her administratively, ie for remaining as Congresswoman after having been convicted.  She is now crying harassment and praying for BBM clemency.

2.  The CEO of a health insurance in USA who was reported to have doubled the number of denials for coverage, was assassinated in downtown NY;

3.  Later the alleged gunman was captured and now cries about injustice.

4.  Pres Assad who  was Syria's dictator for decade had to be in exile after Damascus fell to rebels.  From doctor to dictator and again a doctor in Moscow

If human laws are unjust, then ultimate Divine Justice will be fair and just.   We have to consider Karma in our decisions and action.

A  journo, Taylor Lorenz  felt joyful over the death of United Health Care CEO Bryan Lorenz.  While we do not need to be sad over death, neither must we be joyful, especially if it was a case of murder.    (even if said business practice are questionable)

She wished the executives dead.   She will be in the same league as the PHL VP and must be investigaged and charged.

The police has finally arrested, on the on the 5th day after the shooting, a suspect, who is from Maryland, while eating at Altoon Pennsylvania.  He was identified by someone at MacDo who callled 911 and was arrested by a rookie.  It was the informant who was hailed a hero by Pennsylvania governor.

Police found a backpack, a ghost gun, (assembled from unliccensed parts) and 3 page speech which ranted vs corporate practices.  Luis  was a class valedictorian, and a Mechanical Engineering graduate at U of Pennsylvania

Police thought they would find difficulties in finding the suspect but again the long reaches of the law caught up with the prospect.   

A blogger was criticized for laughing at an interview the slaying of the United Healthcare CEO.

Should we laugh over the death a sort of revenge, if the CEO had corporate malpractice?  Is this something to laugh at?

In lightning moves the rebels after drving armed forces of the govt, captured  Damascus, marking the end of 13 years war, 50 years of brutal regime of Bashad Al Assad whose regime was marked by repression thousands imprisoned and brutal treatment of enemies.

Some conclusions obserrvations:

1.   It showed the weakness of Putin and his military.  Russian military assets, even sensitive ones, and fate of the naval base and air base at trisk;

2.  The rebel attack seemed to have the knowledge of Turkey.  

3.  There were rebel groups alleged armed by US

4.  This ends Irans unlimited use of Syria as highway for arms for military supplies to Hamas

5.  This will pave way for resurgence of ISIS, and other revel groups.  This will start bloodbath amongst various warring faction

6.  The Syria rebels have warned Israel, and Israel has taken preemptive strikes to secure the buffer zzone between Syria and Israel

7.  World leaders are not rejoicing over the fall of Assad, because this has disrupted the balance of power in Middle East although there regime of Assad over its citizens are not to be admired.   However he was a stable leader to deal with unlike the rebel leaders who could be unpredictable.

Impeachment complaints have ben filed, 2 as a matter fact, despite calls from the President not too.  Such a move underscores the vacuum of leadership that is present and may just make the remaining 4 years of the President as lameduck.  Some body else are in charge:   the leftist bloc or his cousin.  

If the HOR and the govt falls into the hands of the leftist, then hey have succeeded.   Trojan horse at Quadcomm (as feared by some experts)

Such leadership vacuum will not do well for the coutry.  There are other pressing problems as INC asserts on why they will conduct rallies.   It will divide the nation.  It is bad enough that Unity Team did not materialize;  but a possible rift or at worse civil war can ignite.  God forbids.  

We hope that HOR and SEnate finds time for his energy sapping exercise.  They are aware that this exercise will test their political power.  If they fail to impeach SD in a proceeding, then they must kiss their political career goodbye.

We simply do not know the political clout or hold of SD or what she is capable of doing.   That she can shock us with early mornign zoom threats is something else

DEA agents and policemen were alleged to be perpetrating  this modus.  They make unnaounced searches of carry on not at fixed station, but at boarding gates or at the tube., find out if youu have cash and leggally or illegally confiscate the cash that you are carrying (There are no limits to the amount of cash you can carry on domestic flight.  )  Billions were reported to hae been confiscated.   Triggerts were last minute ticket purchase and commissions to tipsters were paid.

Its either you surrender the cash, no case, or there is a case and warrant will be secured.    

I did not not know that such modus can happen in the land of the free (DEA and Homeland Security can conduct the search)

Syria fell to the rebels in 2016 but was able to take back control of Syria.   

How will this development affect the geopolitics in Middle East.    (Tespecially the proxy wars between US and USSR)

A gunman shot and killed the CEO of United Health Care Bryan Thompson on the way to a meeting with investors in a hotel in NY early in the morning    The gunman arrived 10 days earlier lived in a hostel with two others, and escaped riding an e bike.  Authorities thibj he is an amateur.   

There were bullets left with words of Deny Delay Defend,  associated with a book of the same title.

United Health Care is the biggest health care provider in the USA and has been known to Deny many of the claims.

Authorities think the gunman is not a pro but probably a disgruntled UHC customer whose claim was denied.  Many comments expressed outrage over UHS (and not the death).   Quarters think that United make so much money by denying many of the claims.   

It is not safe to walk NY and many budget for security will probably  increase.

After entering into a military alliance, 10,000 to 12,000 North Korean soldiers were deployed to Ukraine.   The move had serious shortcomings -  the Nnrth Kor soldiers were not taught how to speak Russian, they had not seen war, and no idea of what they were doing. 

Plus they were expeosed to internet and Western affluence.    In the Ukraine war, they ran away from the  battle front, probably scared wandering far into Ukraine forest.   Now tighter oversight and supervision was resorted to.  

But this does not bode well for the alliance nor quick Russian victory in Ukraine

The ICC prosecutor is currently investigating alleged crimes against humanity committed in the Philippines from Nov. 1, 2011 to March 16, 2019, the period when the country was officially a signatory to the Rome Statute, the treaty that established the tribunal.

This post guesses that ICC realizes that it must focus vs the shotgun approach of the investigative body and that it is limited to the period PHL is under ICC jurisdiction.  The generalized inquiry and resource persons may not be able and enough to prosecute the accused.
